Work done for Smith Communication Partners
The New Church needed a strategy for communicating changes to the most sensitive of all employee issues—pay. Part of this strategy included the creation of a visual identity that would help employees recognize program materials during the rollout phase and well beyond.
Scott developed a new identity that visually connected various compensation and benefit programs, generated interest in further communications, and supported The New Church’s goal of thoroughly communicating with employees about pay and benefits.
