As for the employees, many of the pension and financial services that an employer offers can greatly enhance savings—but only if these services are known and clearly understood. For Atlanta-based Southern Company, Scott designed a series of pension and financial planning communication materials based on a “Power Tools” theme. The designs not only resonated with the theme but with the company ethos as well.
